Brian Rubin is an attorney and father of a son with autism, among other special needs. Mr. Rubin's law practice is devoted to serving his fellow parents and families of children and adults with special needs Brian also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of THE SPECIAL NEEDS NETWORK, N.F.P., a non-profit corporation established to aid families of children and adults with special needs.
